Wij zijn Epie en Geertje Huisman.
Wij\u2019 zijn ook Huisman Catering & Event Service en Melody, allen vallend onder Huisman Catering & Event Service en Handelsonderneming (HCESH).<\/p>\n
Sinds een aantal jaren houden wij ons bezig met het horeca- en cateringwezen (Huisman Catering & Event Service), de entertainmentsector (Melody). Het mag duidelijk zijn dan we een druk bezet team zijn. Desondanks hebben wij altijd in ons achterhoofd gehouden, wat het belangrijkste is van het runnen van een onderneming als HCESH is namelijk klanttevredenheid.<\/p>\n
Wij streven ernaar om het onze klanten zo goed mogelijk naar de zin te maken en proberen dan ook altijd dat kleine beetje extra te bieden, wat een ander meestal achterwege laat. Onze klanten vinden dit een service. Wij vinden het de gewoonste zaak van de wereld. U bent een klant, maar in eerste instantie bent u een persoon. Met de persoon willen wij in contact zijn en wij proberen dan ook iedereen op een persoonlijke manier te benaderen en van dienst te zijn. Dat is ons \u2018kleine beetje extra\u2019 het \u2018sociale\u2019 karakter wat ons bedrijf op deze manier door je jaren heen heeft verworven, proberen wij ook te behouden.<\/p>\n
Dit doen we door niet te vergeten hoe wij als klant benaderd zouden willen worden. Wij proberen ons in te leven in uw wensen en gedachten en daar vervolgens aan te voldoen.<\/p>\n
